I'm getting the following message when I try to connect
to my work PC using Remote Desktop Connection. Client
could not connect to the remote computer. Remote
connections might not be enabled or the computer might be
too busy to accept conneciton. It is also possible that
network problems are proeventing a connection. Please
try later. If problem continues contact your
adminstrator.

I have been able to access my work PC from work using
another terminal at work and other colleagues can access
their PCs from home using their Personal Computers. I
have a Gateway P4 3.06GHZ that I just purchased. If
anyone has encountered this issue please advise.

Thanks,

EJ

Hi,

Check with the system administrators at work. They may need to open a port
for you, provide for a secure access, or let you know how to connect to a pc
that is inside the company firewall.

Thanks Rick.

So far nothing I try works. I've downloaded the
company's version of Norton. Installed DSL and still
nothing. I'll give this a try when I go to work.
