Two people use this computer, running windows xp and connected to the internet via compuserve. When we sign on using my name and password and then proceed to the login page for our online banking acct either one of us can enter our acct # and password and get into our individual accounts. When we sign on using the second name and go to the login page and attempt to sign into our accounts we get one of three messages 1) http error 2)access denied 3)invalid password. These three messages come up randomly, and since we can gain access from one persons connection I don't think it is a problem at the banks end, could we have turned something on or off on her side that is preventing access. Probably because only you have a cookies file sent back when you logged into
your bank.
