Unable to connect to any ip/web site.

Im unable to connect to any ip/web site. My ISP is able to
communicate with my broadband modem, but Im unable to
access any site, or my firewall through http, ftp, etc.. I
am also not able to start or connect to my personal web
server. Windows 2000 is my current operating system. Would
anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be?
