Unable to Configure Internet Mail

Does anybody know how to fix a problem when you are unable
to configure Internet Mail in Outlook 2000. Outlook is
configured to connect to Exchange. I have added the
Internet Mail service, but when I try to open the
properties of Internet Mail nothing happens.

I have already rebuilt the Outlook Profile, logged in as
different user, removed Outlook and re-installed. Nothing
seems to work.

Any ideas?
 
Try making the change from the email icon in the control panel. You can add
POP3 (Internet Mail) from there...
 
I tried to make the change from teh email icon in the
control panel and have the same problem. The internet
mail service appears but I can not open the properties
window to enter a pop server. Nothing happens when
pressing the properties buton.

Any other ideas?
