Unable to changing paper size

I am unable to select different paper sizes in the
printer properties. I get a drop down menu with only the
following sizes to choose from : A4, A5, B5, Letter,
Legal & FanFold.
I have created a custom size (New Form) in Printers / Fax
Server Properties but this does not show up in the drop
down menue available in the specific printer. How do I
make the custom size become available in the selection in
the specific printer properties. I am using XP

Its my problem also and I need an answer quick.
 
I am also having this same problem getting a new form
that I created to appear in the drop down. This is true
for both a network printer and a local printer that I
have set up. How can I make this form available to
either printer?
