Unable to access XP Pro Help and Support

When I click on Help and Support on the Start Menu, the
cursor flashes for a second, then quits and Help and
Support doesn't load. Also, when I click on Remote
Assistance, the same thing happens. I upgraded from 2K to
XPP. I'm not really a happy camper. Anyone have any ideas
what can be causing this unusual behavior?
