Unable to access secure sites

For some reason, we can no longer access secure sites. I
have tried everything the Microsoft website suggests and
tried different security settings.

I REALLY need to get to some of these sites.

HELP!
 
I am having the same problem. After updating with the
most recent security patch for IE6.0, I can't get to
secure web sites for banking and credit card management.

If that doesn't work, in the advanced tab of internet options be sure that
Use ssl 2.0
Use ssl 3.0
Use tls 1.0 are checked.
