unabl to logon with Domain account

Hi,
I'm unable to login to a machine with Domain account username
and password.The following error occurs "Windows cannot determine the user
or computer name. (The system detected a possible attempt to compromise
security. Please ensure that you can contact the server that authenticated
you. ). Group Policy processing aborted. "

please help to fix this problem
