Un Read message

Hi I have tried to look for this on other newsgroups so sorry if this has
already been answered. Can anyone tell me why a user here at work has 14
unread messages in blue alongside her inbox yet she actually has no un-read
email (if that makes sense)? It looks like it is not refreshing as if I make
2 or 3 message as unread the number does not change.

Use the Advanced Find option. Click the Advanced Find button
(Find>Options>Advanced Find). Click the second tab. Select the option
"Items that are" and select "Unread" from the drop-down list. Then, click
the Browse button to make sure that you first search the Mailbox.
If nothing comes up, click the Browse button again and select all other
folders that are not part of your Mailbox.
