Un block pop up ads?

I'm trying to use an onliine tax program but I cannot
sign in. I get a message that says I'm probably set to
block pop up ads and I need to change the setting to
accepts the ads or ad the sight to my white list. I
don't know how to do either of these things. Can anyone
help me?

Have you installed a popup stopper?
Are you running any Norton programs?
