I am using windows mail .. Sometimes coming going into umiportant folder and
inbox... How to do this.

the mail is in inbox folder and unimportant folder..???? Same mail is in
two folder

Go to the tools menu>accounts, and ensure that you do not have duplicate
accounts setup, if so remove one of them.
