Hi

After having to reinstall windows xp on my computer it seems that windows is
stuck in the american settings which it never used to be. This is annoying as
letters and symbols are asigned to different keys on the keyboard like the @
symbol. so i was wondering if anyone can help me change it back to UK settings

Start/Control Panel/Date,Time,Language and Regional Settings/Regional and
Language Options...change it there.

Start, Control Panel, Regional & Language Options, Regional Options.

Hope this helps.

Download the English (UK) drivers from the manufacturers website. The default
drivers are probably for English (US). You may have them on one of your disks
that came with your PC when you purchased it.

ok ive gone on control panel and regional settigns etc. and changed it all to
english UK but it doesnt change anythig and i dont understand about
downloading drivers i tried goin on the website but theres nothin relavent

Start, Control Panel, Regional & Language Options, Languages, Text
services and input languages, Details, Settings.

XP asks you for all relevant information during installation. Someone's
just been a little trigger happy with the "Next" button! ;-)
