Hi,

I’m trying to create a title in the middle of the page with lines on both
sides. Kind of like this:

--------------------------------------------Notes-----------------------------------------

But I want solid lines on each side. Anyone have any ideas?

Put the word NOTES in a text box, lay it over top of a line (drawing item or
border).

On the line enter <tab>Note<tab>

<tab> is the tab character.

If in 2007, double click on the ruler to open the tab dialog.
Set the first tab position to be in the center of the ruler, with alignment
centered and a leader of 4 ("solid" line)
Set the second tab to the right of the page, with alignment left and also a
leader of 4 ("solid")

Unfortunately, the solid leader is at the bottom of the character rather
than half way up. A leader of 3 may be a better choice.
