Yes, provided that you have both the English and the Spanish proofing tools
installed and have formatted text with the appropriate language. To do the
latter, select text and use Tools | Language | Set Language. If English and
Spanish are always in separate paragraphs, you can include the language
setting as part of a paragraph style.
