UAC Prevents Flash Player Working

Basically,

If UAC is on, no Google/Utube videos work.
If UAC is off, they work just fine.

Is there a less drastic setting that will allow the videos to work?

Thanks!

Thanks for the help, but it still failed.
I uninstalled and re-installed (from Adobe), sort of...
It will not install unless you go to the file in System32 and run as
administrator.
It states successful and when I go to a web page with Flash, I can see
the add-on loaded into IE, but no Flash.
(Unless UAC is off.)

This problem is bigger than it appears....

If an ActiveX Control writes to the registry when called upon by a
website, the UAC may prevent it from functioning without warning the user
when IE7 Protected Mode is also on.

So much for installing trusted software.
Obviously, this is Adobe's fault, so I'll go to their forums and see if
they have a clue.

I always have UAC on and Flash works fine.

THen you've got the wrong version or installed it incorrectly.
