txtsetup.oem files not found

I am building my first computer and am having a problem installing windows. I am using a sata hard drive so I must install the drivers when prompted to. the problem is that windows can not find txtsetup.oem on drive a. any suggestions?
 
The driver is on the CD provided by your motherboard manufacturer. You have to copy it off the CD and onto a floppy disk. When installing Windows, press F6 to install the third party driver.
