txtFocus textbox?

In System Explorers, Internet Explorer Toolbars...there's a
textbox at the bottom-left with the word txtFocus inside
it. It doesn't look like it should be there. Also, I
can't permanently remove or block some of the listed toolbars.

I found this too, but only if I click on the "Maximize"
button.
