Hi Mezz,

You already have a nice program to convert text to html. It comes with
every copy of Internet Explorer. The program is called Outlook Express.

Open Outlook Express, click on [Create Mail], give the message a title
in the subject line, then go ahead and type in your message.

When you are done, save the file as HTML.

Have fun!

Also, I think MSWord will do that via the "Save As.." option.

Word HTML sucks. It's not always clean code. I've heard that from some
programmers. I would not trust that method if they don't.

Yes, SeaMaiden, you are so right. Both Word and Outlook Express create
a whole mess of code that isn't always needed. It's difficult to debug
when things go crazy on you.

However, for the person who already has these programs and doesn't
desire to learn HTML, they are quite good WYSIWYG editors.

Caution: When working with pictures in either Word or OE, you'd better
know how to upload pictures and link to them. Otherwise, you'll end up
with a bunch of red "x"s instead of pictures.

I've got some tutorials on how to use images in OE if anyone needs help.
