Greetings:

During a presentation, is it possible to bring up two slides simultaneously,
displaying them side by side?

Thanks -

Yes - if you use two projectors. No, if you don't. You have to place your
content in one slide.

Kind regards,

Yes, by choosing menu (top right)
Window, then click
Cascade
You can then arrange to have both slides, side-by-side, in the same
presentation. You can't do them in a slide show side-by-side, unless you
freeze and snap-shot them, them place them in a single slide. Usually I
snap-shot the two slides, merge them (size, etc), then show them
side-by-side, then I'll have the individual slides, with links between them
to give the audience more details (with an exit "link" to the next set of
slides on both the individual slides).
Hope I'm making sense here...

have to play around with the sizing too.

You did not specify if you need this in slide show or not.
It is possible to output mutliple slide shows within PowerPoint.
This can be done using multiple displays and sending each slide
show to an available display. Then click on a slide show to activate it
and advance the slide. It's more of a hardware challenge.
