Hi,

I am creating a form and I want it to be one page long when I print it. A
line is showing up on the bottom of the page. When I try to pull down the
form to the 11 in. point I get two pages, one with only the line on it. How
can i get rid of the line and/or extra page? Thanks

Suggestion

Don't print a form - thats not really what they are for.
Create a report of the data and print that. There are many formating
options available for report printing that are not available for forms.

Hope this helps

Hey Wayne! Lynne from Manchester here. It's raining and cool here. I know
what you are saying about printing from a form, but this is what they (my
boss) is used to doing. I would really prefer printing a report. You can
still hook a query up to a report right, so maybe I will try to convince
him. But, I would still like to know how to get rid of that pecky line.

I meant "Pesky".

Go as you're a scally as well. Open the form in design view and then the
form's property box. On the format colum set the Dividing lines to No.

If anyone asks - I never told ya.

Our secret. By the way I convinced him to use the report LOL. Thanks
And, OK, I'll bite what is "scally"??
