Just got my new computer running and I find that I have two My Documents
folders. Everything I put into My Documents gets copied into the other one,
too. How can I eliminate this duplication?
A possibly related question:
I'd also like to remove the "Logoff User" option from the Start Menu. How can I
do this? I am the only user of this computer and I don't log in when Windows
starts.

It is not a duplicate, they are shortcuts to the files and folders. Wait a while, you'll have 3.
