Two mailboxes on Outlook 2003

I've configured two mailboxes on MS Outlook 2003: first is "tech" and second
is "support".
When I send e-mails from "tech" they came out of tech's inbox and stored in
tech's "sent items" folder (that's OK).
When I send e-mails from "support" (using "on behalf" option) they also came
out of tech's inbox and stored in tech's "sent items" folder, which is wrong.
What can I do to solve this issue?

Outlook can have only a single mailbox for Exchange and POP accounts. IMAP
and HTTP accounts get their own. What type of accounts do you have?

Outlook will open only one Exchange account at a time. I don't understand
how you can say:

"I've configured two mailboxes on MS Outlook 2003: first is "tech" and
second is 'support'."

unless you're not using an Exchange account to access the Exchange server.

In MS Outlook 2003, if you select Tools-->Email Accounts-->View or change
existing email accounts (next)-->Microsoft Exchange Server (change)-->More
settings-->Advanced-->Add
you can add more than one mailboxes.
