Two computers both using default internet explorer settings.

First Computer info is: Microsoft Internet Explorer, version
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-21581IC, cipher strength 128, up date
sp2.

Second computer info is: Microsoft Internet Explorer, version
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158, cipher strength 128 bit, update
sp2.

First Computer receives Page Not Found error message when trying to click
anchor links on the following web site while the second computer is able to
display the pages when the anchor links are clicked.

Check at Control Panel - Internet Options - Security for the settings
for the Internet Zone (Custom button) and look for discrepancies. It
may also be that on the one machine it has been put into Trusted Zone -
Sites

The computer that receives the Page Not Found has the security settings set
to default. This computer is also running XP SP2 and the other computer is
not. I know that SP2 has tightened security but I can't find anything in the
white papers that describes this problem.
