two cases for countif

I have this formula right now at this momen
=SUMPRODUCT(--(A3:A88="cell"),--(D388="no"),B3:B88) i want to know i
you can use countif with this same format. because the sumproduc
formula works if the 2 cases are true I want to know if you can hav
two cases in a countif formul
