Have you tried the Test Account Settings button in the mail setup box?

Then if you're not receiving any in that account (you ARE sure of that,
because all email goes into the one Inbox?) there is something wrong with
your account setup.

If you log into the mailbox with a web browser, do you see messages waiting
in the Inbox there?
