I have two accounts that I use on my machine each with their own pst file. I
would like to have both accounts point to a single pst so that I don't have
to use my pda to synch between the two. Any suggestions?

What you mean by "accounts" is not clear.
Assuming you mean Internet Mail accounts, just setup both accounts in the
same profile.

Sorry for the confusion. by accounts I mean logins> I log on to XP with one
account for work and another for home. Different work is done in both sites
and both have different internet connections so I keep them seperate by
having two different login accounts. Does this make sense?

Sure. Set up your mail profiles in each so they point to the same PST file.
You might first wish to move the PST file to an easier-to-access location,
and make sure both user accounts have permissions to access that folder.
Since I nearly always redirect My Documents to something like c:\data when
on standalone computers, you could use c:\data\outlook ...

In one of your Windows accounts, move the Outlook PST file from its current
location (usually %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook) to a shared folder (perhaps Shared
Documents\Outlook). Start Outlook. It will complain it can't find your
folders and allow you to browse to where you moved them. Do so, select the
PST and click OK. Outlook will then open normally. Close Outlook.

Log into the other Windows account. Rename it's PST to something else.
Start Outlook and when it complains, browse to the PST in the shared folder,
as above. Now you'll reference the same PST from each Windows account.
