tweakui uninstall?

I can't seem to uninstall my tweakui... when i use control
panel to try and remove it it loads a white empty window .
with "Res:C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tweakui.exe\uninstall.hta"
and it doesn't seem to uninstall the program. ANybody know
how?

Which version? Neither 1.33 or 2.00 gives that error message. To remove
