Hi everyone,

Does anyone know a registry hack to have Windows XP Professional to
recognize 3GB of RAM?

No tweak needed, it should have no problem with 3GB.

The /3GB switch does not have to do with physical RAM. Each process
running in WinXP (Home or Pro) has a 4GB virtual memory space.
Normally this is divided 50/50 between the operating system and the
program. The /3GB switch causes XP to give 3GB to the user program and
only 1GB to the OS. This can make some extremely storage-hungry apps
run, but it does put the squeeze on the OS. It's needed very rarely
and has NOTHING to do with physical RAM.
