Tweak UI Won't Install

Went to PowerToys pg at MSN site, uninstalled my existing
TweakUI as instructed and now get message I need Service
Pack I or Windows Server 2003. Just was at Win Update
yesterday, and all Patches/Plug-ins are up to date. Have
SPII, thought SPI install was retroactive or required to
get SPII. BAIC!
 
You need to make sure you are using the XP version of
Tweak-UI. The old version gives those types of errors.

the SP's. Downloaded SP1 as soon as it became available.
