Tweak UI setup problem

Title : TweakUIPowertoySetup.exe - Entry Point Not Found

Text : The procedure entry point GetDllDirectoryW could not be located in
the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

Right, i presume it cant find the api its after, which it ought to be able
to. This stinks of a virus...

wil run vscanner and spyware removers and get back

someone has just told me this p[rogram needs sp1, so im going to install
that, ought to work, if not ill report back

Hi LP,

You have probably d/loaded the version of TweakUI that requires Windows XP
SP1 or Windows Server 2003, and you aren't running either of
these........the earlier version can be d/loaded from here:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/TweakUiP
owertoySetup.exe
