TV Tuner Stops Responding

TV Tuner Card locks up at Random Times on HT P4 system, seems to happen on to name brands i have and i seen on the internet pointing to this knowledge base.

everytime i try i click contact i get to contact my manufacture which send me back to microsoft and them i keep going in circles, anyone know anything about this.

The Manufacture of the TV tuner cards don't have answers either they also point to Microsoft Knowledge base.

By the Way i meant to say i have Two different TV brand cards, one is a ATI and one is a Hauppauge Card.
