I keep encountering trouble with media center 2005

This same error has occured with other haupanaug pvr150 tuner as well as
with the ATI boards. I have reinstalled windows XP media center 2005 4 times
now - updated all drivers and followed the instructions yet this error still
persists.
this is a "clean install" with nothing but micrsoft abit and ati drivers &
software.

The motherboard is an abit nf7-s
