TV to Internet

What do I need to record news items from television companies posting
clips to the internet? I can't seem to copy them. I have Nero 7 if that
helps. But I would have thought XP (Home) would cope without third
party ware.

Being a Weather"lawyer" I'm sure that you understand copyright law and
wouldn't even think of recording TV programs and reposting them on the Net.
That being said, what in the world would Nero 7 possibly have to do with
the whole thing? Nero is used for burning CD/DVDs. Has absolutely nothing
to do with what you're wanting to do.
