Tutorial on Excel VBA programming

What's a good tutorial for a neophytle to learn vba for Excel? For
someone who is unfamiliar with Visual Basic itself, but generally
knows programming techniques. I want the tutorial to explicitly use
Excel as the vehicle for the tutorial, although perhaps Word would be
acceptable if the tutorial were very good.

Book, web site, whatever.

There are many more, but these should get you going.

Don't forget the Macro Recorder. The code is not perfect, but you can get an
idea of what is happening.
