TUSL2-C PCI device ?

Hi,

On my Win2k SP4 machine, a device is not recognized in the device manager.
It says PCI device, but I can't find what it is. All I have as PCI cards are
my soundcard and network card, and both are detected and working fine (SB
Live 5.1 and 3C905C-TX)

I tried to update the driver with the ASUS cd in, to no avail...

Ne1 can help ?
