To be the system administrator means, you should be the
one that initially allowed other users on it, the one
that set up the computer. Once you log on, if you have
the WELCOME screen option, it should show you the users
on XP, and whoever is assign to be the adminstrator,
he/she is the one that can perform most of the tasks. If
there is only one user, this one is the system
administrator. If you see more than one user, you must
log on as system adminstrator, however, you might need
need a password. Once you do that, follows this steps:Go
to CONTROL PANEL>SYSTEM. Once you open SYSTEM, look for
the SYSTEM RESTORE TAB. There check the box to TURN OFF
THE SYSTEM RESTORE . Click APLLY and OK, and you are done.
