Turning "OFF" 'Don't check spelling or grammar' in Reveal formatin

All of my emails are automatically checked "Don't check spelling or grammar."
How can I turn that off permanently so that all misspelling will show each
time I prepare an email?

Tools->options->Spelling.

account will be deleted without reading.
