Turning off a start-up task

How do I stop C-Media Mixer from automatically executing (twice) when Windows starts? I know I can use Msconfig to "uncheck" the program (it appears twice), but then I get a message about not using the "Normal" mode.

Check the box in the lower left of the message for do not show again. Then
you will receive the message only once when you clear a box in msconfig.
