Hello,

I'd like to to turn numbers into text for a project that i hace going. ie
column a goes like 23, 55, 560 and I want column B to read twenty three,
fifty five, five hundred and sixty and so on...

I think there is a function BAHTEXT that does this but it turnes my numbers
into thai text, not english (or greek even which is what i am looking for -
but even english will get me somewhere so please help)

Thank you.

While serching i found the
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q213360
website. Although i havent tried it yet this is supposed to work.

But is there a similar function that will turn the numbers to GREEK
text? What can i do?

You'll probably have better luck posting your question in
microsoft.public.gr.office.

Looks like transliterations of Greek into English are preferred over any of
the Greek encodings, but English is acceptable.

Download Laurent Longre's MOREFUNC.XLL from here:

http://longre.free.fr/english/index.html

Has a Numbers to Words Function along with many other useful Functions.

The NBTEXT function returns text in 13 different languages. Greek may be one
of them, but I don't know.
