Turning "Junk Email" off

I want to turn "Junk Email" off & let Norton Antispan do that function. My
husband can do it with Windows XP but I can't find a way. How can I do it?

Tools - Options - Junk E-mail - None and remove all items from the Blocked
Senders list.
