turn on the "out of office assistant" for another user

I have a user whom is out of the office. I need to get into his e-mail to
turn on the "Out of office assistant". i have tried by going into
File-Open-Other User's folder
but that only shows me his Inbox, does not let me get into his TOOLS to turn
on the Out of Office. What can i do???? without having to change his password
on the network just to get to his TOOLS on him outlook.
 
You will need full rights to the mailbox to change it. Or use OWA if you
know the password.
