After installing windows xp service pack 2, i cant turn off the antivirus
software in the security center. Can anyone tell me how to do this. Also in
the security center ive set the firewall to be off, but it still says that
its on!!
Im using xp home edition. I have norton systemworks, internet security and
norton firewall 04.
Im on a home network with my wifes ibook and the firewalls are not needed
because im running through a dlink with built in firewall. With the firewalls
on i cant use the home network.
I would appreciate any help on these subjects.

There is no antivirus software included in SP2, it just reports whether or
not it detects that you have AV software installed and updated.

Msoft has indicated that at some future time they will release an anti-virus
program.

This is because Bill Gates computers at home became infected.
