Turn off music sound

Every time I turn on & off my PC, there is a short music sound that I would
like to get rid of. How is it possible to stop this sound?

Howdy,

Click Start | Control Panel | Sounds & Audio Devices |
Sounds Tab.

Then look on the field at the bottom, and scroll to Start
Windows.

Once you find it, set it to "none" (which requires that you
scroll to the top.)

In the Control Panel | Sounds and Audio Devices | Sounds. Make any sound
adjustments you wish.
