what is the turbo key on my keyboard

Most likey used to set the speed of the keyboard. Like how fast the Delete
or Backspace key works.

That was an old function from the win3.x days, used to slow things
down when running 8bit apps.

Geez, I forgot it's been sooo long ago. Now if there was only a turbo key to
go from 4Ghz to 8Ghz!
