that offers a free software called TuneXP that claims it's
the best tweaking software going. Has anyone here used it?
Any good? Could it cause damage? Thanks.

You're way better off going to Kelly's Corner and plinking than downloading
dubious freeware.
Do you know anything about the authors? Is one of the authors a regular
here? If not, why risk it?
