I got a pop up (?) and at the top it says "Tune Up Wizard -
Microsoft Internet Explorer" Is this legit? Could
someone please explain what it does and is it a good thing
to do? I suspect everything now. If it is a good thing
to do should I select automatic or manual? Thank you so
much in advance. I love this forum. :-)

No, its not legit! If you need a tune-up:

1. Perform a DISK CLEANUP:
(Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup)

2. Go to Start > Run and type: CMD , and hit enter. In the Command
Prompt window type: CHKDSK /F , and hit enter, answer "yes" and
reboot your computer.

3. Afterward, perform a DEFRAG of your hard drive.
