hi

ever since i downloaded composer along with netscape navigator it seems the
netscape double has become the default html reader and doesn't let me see the
source of any website on explorer- even when i've uninstalled netscape
navigator and composer!! i've tried resetting the explorer settings on
internet properties but that hasn't helped... any ideas??

any help would be much appreciated, thanks

Try modifying the file type settings under folder options(Open 'My
Computer', select 'Tools' the 'Folder Options' and It'll be listed 'File
Types').

thanks for the tip. i tried changing the file type settings to internet
explorer or notepad but still nothing. i can however, go to files whilst on a
web page and choose "edit with front page". i guess i'll just have to do that.

I think that there's a setting in internet explorer options that allow
you to chose an alternate HTML editing program. It should be under the
'Programs' Tab in Internet Options.
