I have Windows XP Homw Edition. Everytime I open my account now, the folder My Documents open up automaticly. I do not want it to open up, unless I want it to. I have checked the start up folder and it shows empty. I have typed msconfig at the run box. I can not find a check mark saying to open with my documents folder. The only other place I can think of is in the windows registry. But I do not know were to go in the registry. I know if you don't know what your doing or go to the wrong place, you can ruin your operating system. Is there anyone out there who can help me. Thank you.

Go to Kelly's site:

and scroll down to line 128, right column 'Stop My Documents from
opening upon boot.'

Good luck
