trying to reinstall or repair xp pro it say comp. corrupt set up

i am tring to reinstall my xp pro and it says you computer is corrupt can not
repair
set up is teminated
reboot
and then when i try to turn it on it say set up has not been completed yet
insert disk is there any way i can reinstall and start out new or can i
repair and get back my data thats lost

If Windows came pre-installed on this computer, make sure to use the
same CD that you got with the hardware.
