Hello,

I am woring on a project and I need away to make index cards. I have a list
of companies in two different formats one in word and one in excel.

This is the formats.

Word Format:

Little House
(817) 263-5333 6628 South Fwy
Fort Worth, TX

Big House
(817) 878-2654 3260 Lovell Ave
Fort Worth, TX

Excel Format:

Little House (817) 925-0271 3588 South Fwy Fort Worth, TX
Big House (817) 624-9521 2282 Jacksboro Hwy Fort Worth, TX

I want to be able to print out and indivdual card for each. I don't mind if
I have to hand cut them. But I would like some sort of Mail Merge or
something. Any help would be appreciated.

If the different pieces of information - companynamme, telephone, address,
city, state are in separate columns in the Excel spreadsheet, it can be used
as the data source for a label type mailmerge.
